Many universities are seeing significant increases in international applications; largely as a result of education agent partnerships. However, for finance teams this can result in a large number of deposit payments from high-risk countries, student enquiries and refunds, as well as increased KYC compliance. This has the potential to significantly impact a university's ability to operate safely and efficiently and provide a high-quality applicant experience.
This summit brought together, on stage, agents, industry experts, associations and representatives from both the finance and international office, to debate and discuss with the sector how more proactive agent management benefits not just the applicant's experience, but reduces staff effort, costs & risks deep into the back office of the university.
Who Should Attend
This event provided valuable information for Team Leaders/Heads of Department within the Finance department and the International Office, many of whom attended together.
