Our service model was designed to support, advise and guide your institution at every stage of accepting and securing payments, with a strong focus on creating and using independent sector-focused research to inform our advice.
But this service model only works when you have great people. Over 93% of our clients reported being “satisfied” or “very satisfied” in our most recent client satisfaction survey (*and, just for transparency, less than 1% indicated any level of dissatisfaction). A score like this is only possible when our people care about every interaction they have with our clients.
Celebrating Your Successes
The higher education sector is unique; not least because of how invested, committed and hard-working the people who work in these sectors are. These people often receive very little recognition for their efforts. This is why one of the highlights of our events calendar is the Annual Conference and Awards Ceremony, where we bring the sector together to recognise your achievements and celebrate your successes.
Helping to Keep Students Safe
We care about your payers and want to help keep them and your institution safe from fraud and financial crime.
That is why we are always looking to support initiatives that make it harder for fraudsters and criminals to launder and move their funds.
We are proud to help fund a campaign being run by We Fight Fraud (WFF) which aims to educate and prevent university students becoming money mules and falling victim to other forms of related financial crime and fraud. Universities have free access to a toolkit and digital resources to roll this money muling campaign out to their students.
